  1. Q: Mr. Bledsoe, How did you decide to take so many different job opportunities?

A: I determined early on that my passion was to serve agricultural education by positively impacting students. In every position I wasn't perfect, but I gave it my best. Remember: wherever you are, be there! Opportunity presented itself in these different positions to continue to chase my passion -- just in a wider arena.
Additionally, I have the strength of 'learner' in my top five strengths. I value and appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow. In each position, I have learned and grown a great deal. I hope I can continue to share my experiences with others to help them grow and experience success as well.
In the end, we are here on earth to serve others. I have found my area of passion in serving agriculture, education, agricultural education, FFA, and the people who make these professions great. I hope I can continue to do this for many years to come.
Always take advantages of opportunities that help you pursue your passion when they present themselves.
    Keep growing, leading and serving!
